You don't see Nissan Pulsars often but a customer that collects them sent us this 1983 pattern with a request that we make a new heater core that integrated with his valve assembly and fit inside the housing. We also received a 1987-1988 which looked strikinginly simalr despit having a different part number.
The inline metal valve with pilot hole drilled onsite was the solution to the manufacturer's decision to glue metal to plastic with a spring clip before they discontinued their product and abandoned their customers.

Brass/Black Model Ts
Our longstanding foundry (supplier) closed and all production was shifted to a neighboring foundry. Apparently many of the closed foundry's workers were ineligible for rehire by the new foundry due to more aggressive immigration enforcement and the union has no employees to provide. As of 2-20-25, we should receive castings in March 2025 and can resume production then.
In the interim, we have been working with our one-off foundry to have pattern boxes made and these are trickling in in smaller batches and we will produce what we can.
