1906-1908 Model NRS radiator
Ford produced the 1906 Model N, 1907 Model R and early 1908 Model S. For years we believed they all utilized the same dimension radiator. However in 2020, we observed a core variance of 3/8" in a 1908 Model R McCord Radiator. As such we will require core confirmation before we build to ensure crank and hood alignment.
We have also seen alternative core designs like the Whitlock spiral fin on vertical tube, inline round tube and even a film styles has been seen in period photographs. There are also tank variations and a shell style radiator that appears to be a Ford production model.
The production model we make is a three part tank and has a round tube core.
If you have a drawn tank or spiral fin on tube core please call us directly to discuss commissioning the build of the rare designs.
We make to order. Please allow adequate time for us to build.
