Ford 1946-1951 SuperPower Heater Cores
HC Ford 46-51 Superpower pattern reqd
Emanuel Aufiero of E.A. Laboratories invented the first electronically operated motor horn in 1908 and in the early forties made musical horns. This was all before he started making aftermarket heater cores for Ford dealers. The Superpower Deluxe DL51F and Superpower SL52T for 1949-1951 Ford passenger cars and the Super Dower Delux D51T for the 1946-1951 Ford Trucks featured fresh aid and recirculating. We're happy to make these for you when provided a pattern.
YOU'RE BUYING A HEATER CORE NOT THE HEATER BOX PICTURED
We make our own copper cores and fabricate our own tanks so, naturally, we get asked to build custom heater cores or "small radiators." Some modern Fords leak like a sieve so we make a copper alternative. We prefer to have the housing or original in hand to assure fit but if we have made them in the past and have a pattern you can order a drop in replacement.
Made in the USA.

We make to order. Please allow adequate time for us to build.

Brass/Black Model Ts
Our longstanding foundry (supplier) closed and all production was shifted to a neighboring foundry. Apparently many of the closed foundry's workers were ineligible for rehire by the new foundry due to more aggressive immigration enforcement and the union has no employees to provide. As of 2-20-25, we should receive castings in March 2025 and can resume production then.
In the interim, we have been working with our one-off foundry to have pattern boxes made and these are trickling in in smaller batches and we will produce what we can.
Model As 5-6 weeks

We appreciate your patience as we continue to recruit and train new fabricators and manage the labor shortfall our country has been experiencing.
