We formed brass around steel endcaps and designed this tank for a 1924 Star that had been converted to a pick-up truck sometime in the past. It had ribs, baffles, a chain on the cap, custom cap and unique fuel level gauge we found online.
Features include:
- Tank dimensions: length 32" tank diameter 10"
- Tank fuel capacity is 11 gallons
- 22GA Steel
- .125 steel mounting straps - available upon request
- Filler neck with venting
- baffles on the inside
- Tanks may be painted BUT NOT POWDERCOATED*
Powder coating temperatures frequently exceed solder melting points and may compromise tank integrity.
